When In Doubt – Go Without

🙅‍♀️ When In Doubt, Go Without!

There I was, snack in hand, reading the label like it held the secrets of the universe.

The front said, “We make sure our products are gluten-free.”
Sounds nice, right? But… no certified gluten-free symbol. No allergen warning. No details. Just vibes.

Does this company even know what they’re talking about?

In my early gluten-free days, I might’ve talked myself into it. “It probably means it’s safe,” I’d whisper as I rolled the dice.

Now? No way. My rule is simple: When in doubt, go without! 🎯

Because my health is too important to leave in the hands of vague marketing. I need clear labeling, certified symbols, and brands that know celiac isn’t a trend, it’s a medical necessity.

So if it’s not crystal clear? Back on the shelf it goes. And that, my friends, is the kind of gluten-free confidence that tastes even better than cookies. 🍪💪
