Gluten Free Joy

This was the first time I tried my hand at some filled cupcakes. I wasn’t sure what I was doing, and watched some videos on how to do it. A few of them I accidentally filled them too full, so they were falling apart. But for the first time it came out rather well.
The best thing is it is 100% gluten-free.
Chocolate cake mix from Kroger.
Betty Crocker cream cheese icing, as well as peanut butter icing.
