Avocado Toast 🥑🍞

I love this simple and easy recipe for any breakfast morning.

Avocado Toast

Easy Breakfast Avocado Toast

Equipment

  • Spoon
  • Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 half avocado
  • 1 slice gluten-free bread Canyon BakeHouse
  • 1 whole hard boiled egg optional
  • 1 pinch salt kosher or table

Instructions
 

  • Gently use knife and cut whole way around avocado to cut in half
  • Use spoon to safely scoop out avocado pit
  • Set avocado aside
  • Toast gluten-free bread in (gluten-free safe) toaster or put on broil in oven until bread is golden brown
  • Once toast is golden brown, scoop out avocado and spread onto toast
  • Grab a pinch of salt and sprinkle onto avocado toast

Notes

Boiled egg can be added on top of the avocado toast afterwards.
