Avocado Toast
Easy Breakfast Avocado Toast
Equipment
- Spoon
- Knife
Ingredients
- 1 half avocado
- 1 slice gluten-free bread Canyon BakeHouse
- 1 whole hard boiled egg optional
- 1 pinch salt kosher or table
Instructions
- Gently use knife and cut whole way around avocado to cut in half
- Use spoon to safely scoop out avocado pit
- Set avocado aside
- Toast gluten-free bread in (gluten-free safe) toaster or put on broil in oven until bread is golden brown
- Once toast is golden brown, scoop out avocado and spread onto toast
- Grab a pinch of salt and sprinkle onto avocado toast
Notes
Boiled egg can be added on top of the avocado toast afterwards.
