Easy Safety Rules To Remember

Our 3 Snack Safety Rules

1) Label First Rule

If it doesn’t clearly say gluten-free (or we can’t check), we don’t choose it today.

2) Clean Hands + Clean Space Rule

We wash hands and wipe the counter before snacks, especially after school, playtime, or eating something messy.

3) No Shared Dip Rule

Crumbs love dips! We use:

  • a clean spoon every time, or
  • separate gluten-free only jars, or
  • put a little in a bowl (no double-dipping)
