  • Spoon
  • 2 pint jars

Ingredients

  • cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Gluten-free rolled oats
  • cup Almond Milk Alternative milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp flax seed or chai seeds Optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
  • 2 Tbs honey or corn syrup Sweetener alternative such as Stevia

Notes

Mix all ingredients and store in fridge for least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Remove from fridge and mix with a spoon, and enjoy!
